REGISTRATION FORM

To minimise administration (and costs), you must register and pay in advance for GISUpdate. We cannot issue invoices or any of that sort of thing, but you will get a receipt. Also, it spoils my conference, and yours, if I've got to chase you for money on the day. Its easy to register for GISUpdate using this form, you can do one of the following:
  1. If you have a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, fill in your details below and choose 'REGISTER'. You will then be transferred to the University's secure payments site and will be given details as to what to do. This is the simplest route, for you and for us, please help us minimise the admin by using it. We can accept VISA, ACCESS, MASTERCARD, DELTA and SWITCH.
  2. If you wish to pay by cheque, you must print the receipt you will receive after choosing 'REGISTER' and send a copy with your cheque to us through the post. Please check that all the details have printed correctly if you choose this option.
  3. For EDINBURGH GEOGRAPHY based participants only, I am happy to receive CASH. Again, you must print the receipt you will receive after choosing 'REGISTER' and give a copy to me with your payment. Please check that all the details have printed correctly if you choose this option.
  4. Last but not least, note that the conference fee remains remarkably good value!
In all cases, we will send you email confirmation that we have received your registration. You can immediately check the Participant's List and your name will appear!
Full Conference Registration: £12.00
Full Conference Registration: £50.00 (Higher Rate - Please read the explanation!)
Student Registration:  £5.00 (Sorry, current Edinburgh GeoSciences/Geography students only)
Intending Student Registration:  £0.00 (Those holding offers to take our MSc in GIS next year)
Speaker Registration:  £0.00 (Sorry, speakers only, not session chairs)

Registration is remarkably good value, including a three course buffet lunch and refreshments (morning and afternoon).

NB. Cash payments will only be processed if you are currently sitting at a University of Edinburgh computer.
