Rothienorman (Rothie)
AberdeenshireA village in the Aberdeenshire parish of Fyvie, Rothienorman lies on the Fordoun Burn, 8 miles (13 km) northwest of Oldmeldrum. Often referred to simply as Rothie, it is an agricultural service centre. Mackie's sizeable ice-cream manufacturing plant is located on the family farm at Westertown, 3 miles (5 km) to the southeast.
